Answer: No. Given that it is difficult to track movement of individuals, this is not possible.
Question: Do I become a member of CSC and then each of the Chapters?
Answer: No. Becoming a member of CSC entitles one to join a Chapter. As a member, one can attend any Chapter event across the country.
